Hey there, I would need someone to review the old picture i sent and have some recommendation how I can improve the work. I am planning on working with the light right now.[/QUOTE] Your lighting is really boring (needs more contrast between light and dark areas), it feels like it's lacking decals, and it feels like a prime area to throw pipes into for no reason.

[/QUOTE] My main issue with your lighting is that it looks too lit up for the amount of lights you have and a lack of shadows. It just kind of looks plain. You have a lot neat architecture in there that could be used to cast some neat shadows. Try reducing the radius of your light entity to just light up the area near it and play around with a light_spot casting the rest of the light. So, I am making my first map ever. It's very unfinished and definitely needs some work, but I like what I have so far. And then I see what others are making and wish I could do as good as them. Anyone know what I should add to it? If going with traditional maps, large open ones look very unappealing and are a sniper heaven, and a hell for everyone else [sp] except the spy, who is going to OD on happyness [/sp] And take TF2's default maps for building inspiration for their architecture, red has a more rough, wood based building type, while B.L.U. is made of 1960's futuristic architecture with lots of blocks and iron / steel.

CS:GO is pretty brown and desaturated. Regardless, I'm still using some color correction for light desat, the colors were extremely vibrant before which ended up throwing off the midtones.
