So sweet I may have just gotten diabetes. I especially like the Easter eggs of the radio playing "a Kiss to Build a Dream On" and the crater where your Geiger counter goes nuts. The only complaint I have is that the sun glare is very yellow and a more orange kind of color would fit better with the overall color palette, but its a small gripe at best.
Also, bringing a nuke down on this place is more satisfying than with any other map.
For some reason the nodes are refusing to work for me. My zombies automatically run to a random node within 128 units unless there's a player within 2000 units. If I watch from far away, they just stand still where they spawn?
Also: yes, they do work fine on gm_aftermath_rc1a, which is noded. Why don't they work here?
The radio is awesome but what I like most is taking a hoverbike into the dry lake bed and tearing it up. Good times...

This map is amazing. I keep turning around expecting Fawkes to be standing there or dogmeat following me or something. I actually walk up to dead npc's and hit space expecting to bring up my inventory. its THAT GOOD. Its like fallout 3 and hl2 had a baby. You know, that would be an awesome baby. I think i'll start a thread about that.

God gonna cut you down? I might be confusing in-game radio with my ipod. I'll go check.
EDIT: It's When the man Comes Around by Johnny Cash. One of my favourite songs. I forget the songs whie playing atomic as I have an ipod playlist that goes so well with the atmosphere, similar to the music put into the map.

i have ep2 and I can spawn the gnome easy. I just need to know where the gnome in the map is.

I think I'm the only person to have found possibly the most subtle yet rewarding eastereggs in all of gaming history. It's not like it's tied to the map or anything, but wow, I'm going to remember it for a long time... If anyone wants to know, PM me.
I think the long underground tunnel complex functions as a vault, that's what it reminds me of atleast
