That's nothing like the design of the vaults in any of the fallouts. Basically, does it have the cog door. If the answer is no, then it isn't a fallout vault.

B. if you take the giant gear shaped door off of Vault 101, 113 or 111 (or any for that matter) it will just be a bunch of scrap metal buried underground?

It's not a vault tec vault because it contains none of the iconic features. It does not for example have the cog door, or the overseers chair with the twin miniguns. It is a generic nuclear shelter, and that's all it should be. This is not a fallout map, it is a post-apoc map. Just because it is post apoc, doesn't make it in the slightest bit fallout.
This is still a nice map, but if you want a fallout map, download rp_cscdesert. It contains areas from the first two fallouts.

there shoul be some water, by the way... maybe more dead trees, etc....
please make a V2 with a vault:D with a sliding door:) add some water, some more indoor areas, more songs to the jukeboxes, i have a lot of ideas:)
if water is added(or not) there is a very big flat space wich was a big lake i think(not the one with two boeats and where the settlement is located). there should be a big ship like thingy, like rivet city in FO3:D

God, I love this map, I swear. And I keep finding new things. I started a story project with this, and was setting up a scene in the gas station. I pressed E wondering what the button behind the counter does (repairs windows), and suddenly i hear Ella Fitzgerald, then Johnny Cash. I didn't even know that radio played music...Magnificent!
