horror space ship - Developers

thanks for all the helpful advice, i was recently palying half life2 episode 1 and i got to a bit then really freaked me out, its the part were you stop your car at a house and go into the basement, then when you go upstairs you start to hear a really loud, heavy breathing sound. that made me so scared i didnt want to explore for ages! but when i finally did i found it was a poison zombie! so im trying to get half lfie2 and all the episodes befor i add a real scare factor, i will add updates but not exactly spooky updates

Eh, HL was never scary to me TBH. Except those underwater bits fucking ichyosaur D:

One trick I sometimes use is to play the actual sounds the NPCs make to creep out experienced players as they hunt for the non-existent NPC.

it's ok if this is your first map but i like ShadowSand horror maps better

Always a good idea for horror, make them think something's there.

i hate those things 2. i just unload on that thing, but its so scary to see it swiming toward you and then biting you "shivers"
