That isn't the problem, the problem is hammers had a shit up and lost the file: "The system cannot find the file specified."
You're just pointing out an error which would compile, just not work ingame.
last time i check making displacement's a entity ruin a compile completely

okay, here is my problem, i set the prop_dynamic that I used as the rock to spawn (via point_template) on break of a func_breakable around the main outcrops of the rock, however,when it spawns, it doesn't move from the air, it is frozen in the air, please help!! :(

How would i go about changing the texture on the ore and outcrops, mine is only the default color of the prop_static/prop_physics
You have to reskin the model. Google it.
Change the skin or use Render Modes to alter the color of the prop a bit.
On the prop, change the keyvalues:
Render Mode: Additive
FX Amount: # (Intensity of FX Color)
FX Color: Red Green Blue
If you wanted the prop to become darker, change FX Amount to 100 and FX Color to 60 60 60.

I must say you've really outdone yourself this time, some of the dynamic things you've done with hammer are really pretty creative and cool. I remember in early 06, when i joined FPS, I couldn't stand you because you were always criticizing everyone else's mapping work (including mine) to what I thought was an unreasonable extent. Now after maturing a little, I just wanted to stop by and show some thanks for advancing the Facepunch mapping community and helping to raise the standard in mapping around here.
