Sequel? That's great!
Cant wait to see it!
Oh My GOD! That map is AMAZING!!! And, I'm not leaning toward any other side. (Liking TERMINATOR against not liking it) I'm in the middle, so this opinion is an un-biased opinion. Great job. Hope to see more.
Thanks for the mirror, Now just hope that redownloading fixes the textures
Darkwalker? Epic Games is going to kill everyone!
I still havnt been able to precisely figure out what the texture errors relate to, but I recommend you have both EP1 and 2 installed just to be sure. Redownloading it wont help.
Also if you guys want more Terminator inspired maps I made this one in the past - rp_destroyedcity_final

Half of it is ripped material from the blockwar sections of HL2 but as I said before, im certainly not taking any credit for that stuff. The other half is what was originally a Nexus for the Combine in my City8 project, which now gets used as a Skynet skinlab. Also the resistance bunker was made by Jareh, I simply modified it to fit in here. Only took a couple of days to knock out and its served us well at TNB for Terminator scenarios.
Awesome map man, great job.
Sequel....?
Try to make it less darker this time :P
That was at least I can see what I'm doing that way.
Yeh the actual environment lighting is somewhat dull in the open spaces....I didnt really realise that until I released it.
Just trying to think of a unique setting to base the next one off. Perhaps a little more outlands-ish. From the harvester section of the film.
Like cs_Desert2 but more epic?
Awesome.
Also I loved the Skynet facility design, the sterile white really put tension in my opinion :P
Maybe you could incorporate it
im missing a bunch of textures, pls help, oh and i like the layout of the map, even though i couldent see anything exept blck and purple. XD
If you read, you probably should have Ep1 and 2 in case.
would this run GOOd on my comp
Just as a note, almost all custom stuff is included in the BSP.
Left for dead props (airliner, truck, ambulance)
DOD props (bunker and trench defences / camo nets)
I am a noob at this but do I need left 4 dead for this map to display properly?
Cause it displays purple on the ground and sometimes wireframes on the ground
Ro4ch
Ro4ch you do not need L4D but you do need ep1 ep2 and cs:s and the two maps work fine.
Nice map good job.
Word of advice...Read the dates on the post next time.
Hey Dave, I'm glad my teching you to use hammer paid off. Cheers, mate.
Hey Dave, I'm glad my teching you to use hammer paid off. Cheers, mate.
Awwww....no really that is heartwarming :ohdear:
you know if you were to remove the hat off of Male model 7 it would look a little like John Connor
Looks definitely interesting.
Awsome great map for Trp, you dont fail to impress :)
oh this map... i got it it looks wonderfull but when i playd it most of the map is "emo squares" (black and pink squares)
when i exit the spawn room i just crash
Way to bump...
Make sure you installed it correctly and all that. It wouldn't be a hardware issue, would it? It lags mine on occasion, and I have a quad-core machine.
