I got random lag spikes when I tested this also you can see the chevrons of the destination gate glowing in the sky.

And yes the map is heavy, so if you got an old computer with low memory you may experience lag.
I doubt my computer is to blame for the lag. If the Chevron glow problem isn't the map then what is it? It doesn't do that in any other map.

Then why would you download this map? Adding another way to get around would screw this map up for people who use it for it's original purpose.

That's terrible for people who like the look of the map but don't have/need/want Stargate.
Then maybe we should have 2 versions, this one and one with built in teles.
If farmatyr is willing to do that, it would be great for non-Stargate folks.
Or even just put them in the main one and have the option to disable them if the server owner wants to.

It would be kind of cool if on the top level, it was space themed or something. and there was just the top of the tower floating there (with the Gate). I personally like that noclip doesn't work between levels, makes this good for hide and seek. I also love how simple the design is. There really aren't enough basic maps

By the way, I need more request for stuff to implement in the next versions levels.[/QUOTE] Try using func_teleport with a creative process of teleporting itself; I occasionally use them in my maps with a sound, a "BLACK" textured room that it leads to for a couple of seconds, and then to the destination with a few particles. The textures' size can be increased to decrease repetition. And are nodes/hints available on the map?
did your card die again because the server is down, or are you updating? its been 3 days, whats up with your server ok now when i click auto join on garrysmod.com it open's steam and takes me to counter strike
Weird, today on my Steam favorite Server list, I saw this listed on a Counter Strike: Source server. and it was something like GM_Stargrass v.2.022. Now I can't find it for any game. Is your server still up?
oh i think i know why, its probably because you need counter strike or something
I have CS:S. and I'm saying it was listed under CS:S instead of GMod. And later in the day, it wasn't listed at all (all the other CS:S servers I favorited were still there)

The reason the server isn't up and running is because I'm in progress of making "gm_stargrass_v2", while working in multiple applications simultaneously craving lots of computing power I don't see any reasons for keeping the server up at the moment. Please send me a PM when asking about anything else related to my game server.
