[hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MC0G-Lbuuk[/hd] inb4 Gaybows.
I could listen to that song for eternity while playing Robot Unicorn Attack http://games.adultswim.com/robot-unicorn-attack-twitchy-online-game.html

pretty much music that my neighbours find annoying.
That is really annoying.
It always helps me to listen to music that is somehow related to what you're mapping.
The doors
Quantic Sonic Ether Vibrasphere The Rain Crow Architextur Jon Gee Faunts All of those artists really put me in a mellow state of mind and it lets me focus. I don't get distracted by any random noises from outside or in my house. Plus they're all really fucking good. I'd highly recommend that list to anyone who likes mellow electronic music. My "mapping" playlist consists of down tempo, trip hop, psytrance, melodic trance, progressive electronica, and a little bit of IDM. A few of my favorites are these: http://www.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?PID=863329&t=3751 http://www.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?PID=1277757&t=9973 http://www.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?PID=1119674&t=6028 And one of my all-time favorites, Dream Released, by The Rain Crow:
Michael Jackson Breaking Benjamin Pendulum
Ugh mainstream bands D:
Don't bitch about it. That's more annoying than people liking music because that's their taste.
Music that fits the kind of map I'm making.
