then i made a displacement and carved it

-Remove this, or rename it BETA. Honestly this isn't worth garrysmod.org
-Add a light_environment
-Add lights
-Refine your textures! That maze full of the same wall texture was confusing.
-Re align mis aligned brushes.
-Add doors, detail.

This wouldn't regard as alpha. It's over the top and ugly.
Delete the vmf, it's completely stupid and unfixable at this point.
