Some map I made in my first couple months of mapping, it's a bad version of phys_house
Don't remember the name
Honestly it wouldn't be worth the trouble
I do it all the time with 2019. Quite fun to see all the reviews and snicker, saying "Haha the sequel will be twice as bad"
I liked the beginning of your second one, and could never get the first one to work

Do you have Director's Cut installed? That messes with the original.
I want 2019 II to not be as good because I've never had a campaign flop before :X

Nope
I finally got some inspiration after taking a week off from hammer, was about to work on something old and then I realized that I lost it in a hard drive failure :(
You should play it with me. 2019, I mean. Would be fun.
Sure why not, steam profile is to the left
sent
Am I the only one who gets paranoid thinking someone's going to steal my map?
Am I the only one who gets paranoid thinking someone's going to steal my map?
Why, though? All and any proof you'd need is in the wip threads.

Facepunch would know, but what about the rest of the internet?
Facepunch would know, but what about the rest of the internet?
Wip pictures showing you posting them. If that doesn't work, they're too stupid to matter.
I also guess the only place I'll be uploading them is Steam Workshop anyway
Damn that was fun, mopman. We need to do that more often but with easier maps.
Holy shit playing 2019 was fun

Just wait until the sequel pops out in a few months, you'll re-realize what "gameplay" means in L4D2.
Then I love techno. I'm not a fan of dubstep.
I hate to be that guy (seriously, I despise people that go crazy over how specific people are about genres), but Techno is a genre with a simple danceable beat usually with some purposely repetitive synthisized basslines and stuff going on. It doesn't stray very much and it's super, super old.

Affrika Bambatta-styled Techno.
(Turn it down.)

Uh... Techno.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RuC_ct3un4
Acid Techno.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtJzjc_ff78
Minimal Techno.
There's trance too. It's more dreamy and dynamic.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuqEbRzy_t8
Old trance.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjvL-BgNv_Q
Older trance... Kind of coming out of the whole Techno thing.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YxEI0Bg-IIE
Newer trance. I'm too lazy to look for Tiesto's stuff.

Jungle! Drum n' Bass was made out of this.

House.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEKUAz_gd0Y
French house. (I'm not linking to Daft Punk because I'm not a fan.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCp5WDSqGuY
Classic Dubstep.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ua0KpfJsxKo
Dubstep (Often referred to as Brostep by jerks.)
Maybe you should them instead.
Am I the only one that doesn't enjoy dubstep
Personally I miss the days of ye olde drum & bass, when it relied more on the drum end. The 90's.

It is easy to see how dubstep or modern D'n'B fans would find this too boring or dated, but in general it is easier to listen to if not already into any D'n'B.
I like this song, had to upload myself as I never could find it on YouTube, just the song anyway..

1 page late, but that was just amazing. It's good to know I'm not the only mapper here who has musical interests outside of 80s rock and dubstep.

Just throwing this out there for you crazy stratigists.

It is a free rts game (used to be paid, the reasons are quite long and complex), with one of the most amazing unit creation systems. You can choose between about 5 motive systems, about 20 armour peices and god knows how many weapons, missiles, cannons, the works. I think all in all, there were about 2000 combinations of unit in the original game.
Well worth a play if you havnt already.

We're quite busy today sadly, was out on site last night setting up a customers exchange server, we also had another customer who have had Numerous hard drive failures in the last few months and now their drives have packed up for good, so one of our team is out on site today fitting four new 1TB SCSI Drives in a RAID configuration and another one of our customers has had a power failure so we need to ensure their servers are running correctly and restore the Exchange Mailbox Database from a backup.
Fun day ahead of me..

Where did you get this idea
I like a shit load of stuff outside of 80s rock
And I don't recall many people loving dubstep
80's rock was tripe. Very few bands worth mentioning.
I listen to pretty much anything, from cole porter to the offspring, guns and roses to pendulum.
maddacheeb you should help me design my two map l4d2 campaign :v:
