They stated some time ago that they would release it after all the meet the team videos were created. My guess was that they did not want people to make fake meet the team videos.
A leaked version from 2007 or 2008 is on the internet somewhere, I have not used it but I hope they made it somewhat easier but with still a learning curve.

Ok so either I am going to some grad campout or I am working on VFX for a machinima.
Hmm well in 20 minutes if my friend does not call me back I guess its the VFX.
Edit: Kerbal Space Program 0.16 is going to be so awesome now that EVA is being added. Also I find it funny that I knew NovaSilisko way back in the testing days of Factum Solus, and now he is a KSP Dev.
Maybe one day Harv wants to add FTL Drives to the game (oh wait he already added them and someone gave me the commands, but its super buggy from what I have heard) I will be brought onboard to do some, unless someone internally does it or something I have no idea.

No one can imagine how thick it gets when cornwall gets fog. It comes down in seconds, and you can barely see what's in front of you. The only way to see what is in front is to walk forwards till you hit something.
