toyota computer???
I used to work at a car alarm plant and I jacked a few labels and stickers now and then. I think that toyota sticker went on remote starters or something. Speaking of, [t]http://www.1337upload.net/files/p_00006.jpg[/t]

guys did the shift key change with the alt key when using texture tool?
PlanetPhillip.Com Has Closed It may reopen in October I have run the site for over 8 years and invested over 10,000 hours into it. Others have helped me, but it's mostly my work. Recently, I have become tired. Tired of how every weekend is consumed with the list of tasks related to the site. Tired of dealing with content thieves, idiots and the general hassle that goes with such a comprehensive site. No doubt some will call the closure "melodramtic" but they have no idea of what's involved. I may reopen in October and having the summer off may recharge my batteries. At this point I doubt it. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has helped me and to all my dedicated readers. Pleae do not email me as I will only be checking my email once a month and will NOT be replying to ANY website or gaming related messgaes. The people who are currently involved with me on projects will recieve an email. Phillip Marlowe - Sunday 08 July 2012
Planet Phillip is shut down for the moment. This is a sad day.
What's planet phillip? Never heard of it...

http://code.google.com/p/swarm-deferred And yes, Dota 2 has this but with no normalmapping (iirc it's only diffuse and specular for Dota 2) and it's probably the main reason why Dota 2 looks so damn good.
What's planet phillip? Never heard of it...
It's (or used to be) a website that housed pretty much every good Source and Hl1 mod in existence with loads of mirrors and some really good articles.
It's (or used to be) a website that housed pretty much every good Source and Hl1 mod in existence with loads of mirrors and some really good articles.
Hopefully we can still use Wayback Machine to access the mods. Unless he hosted the downloads on the website...
Good god i hate scripting. Spent today adding recipes for tools and components...and so much more to add :(
Ah, that's a shame it had to be turned off. Now correct me if I am wrong. We are still allowed to post screen shots of what we do in here as long as it pertains to level creation?
Ah okay, thanks. And also, do you have a video of said cloth in action?
Will do on tues.
Awesome. I'm going to give FPSC one last hurrah just because It did not fail me the last time, and plus I had a interesting concept going. Maybe If I post level design pictures in here I will get better feedback. That reminds me, I am going to have to spend probably 20 minutes editing the lighting config so it compiles fast but looks decent as well. FUN FUN FUN.
TCB, why is the MC server down... I wanna play!
I know this was yesterday, but about the whole thing about this thread... I wouldn't mind Craptasket's moderating of this thread and the banning of two people who really didn't deserve it if there was actually moderation in threads that actually needed it, as in threads like this one. http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1189509 I'd also want to add that while there were some conversations that were "pointless" stuff about numerous people in the section, we got to sort of get to know each other in a way posting WIP content of a map/commenting on a WIP/helping someone with a mapping problem doesn't do. This thread gave everyone a way to learn something about fellow community members, or see things that one wouldn't normally see i.e. sets of abandoned house photos posted many many pages back, or the many photos of beautiful landscapes and nature. Sure, sometimes it was distasteful and there were a few arguments and rants here and there, but for the most part, there was nothing wrong with this thread. IF there should be any moderation, it should be on the bad parts of the thread, not banning people for posting a personal blog or even on something silly like trying a new beverage. Neither of those were distasteful, and while the beverage one was somewhat pointless to mention, there was really nothing wrong with it, and I highly doubt anyone had a problem with either of these things being posted, as well of the many other things being posted here that are now being considered off-topic and resulting in bans of people who really don't deserve it.
I'll leave now, bye.

:( I hate it when Hammer does that
Does it do it often? That's pretty fucking strange.
Yes, after compiling and running the game. When I switch back to Hammer, it looks like that. Lost all my motivation now, even though I just have to restart SDK...
Yes, after compiling and running the game. When I switch back to Hammer, it looks like that. Lost all my motivation now, even though I just have to restart SDK...
How often do you even compile?
takes between 5 minutes or several hours, I always finish an area and compile the whole map afterwards, or I make a small change with events and compile a small part of the map. Sometimes I just get frustrated because I lose my motivation, and then Hammer errors are a major reason to quit for some time.
