Heading to programming camp tomorrow. They're either going to be stuck-up "INTERNET SAFETY PEDOS ARE EVERYWHERE" maniacs, or douchebaggish "OVAR 9000 TROLOLOL U MAD" call-of-duty-kiddos. Or there's an extremely rare chance that they'll end up being smart and funny. I'm holding my tongue. Still trying to get this damned keyboard to work, in other news. It turns out that the trackpad is positioned in such a way that when I'm typing, it moves the cursor and randomly opens/closes windows, garbles the text, and all kinds of stuff. For a "cleaner, smoother interface", they removed the "disable trackpad button" and turned it into an ALT + F9 command. I tried pressing the ALT + F9 to find out that nothing happened and the trackpad still worked. Doing further research, I found out that they disable ALT + F9 "on specific models" because people kept pressing it accidentally. So the only way to disable the trackpad was to delete the file itself from System32. Upon doing so, it said that I needed to restart for changes to take effect. So I restarted. The very first thing I see? "Reinstalling Missing Programs". I may not be as screwed as I was before, but I'm still screwed.
