The lipsync was automatic, that why it was dodgy, would take me solid few days just to improve that, but im aiming more to finish the thing till the end. Is there anything else you think i should improve?

Well the animation seems pretty good, you should focus on making sure that it's as detailed as possible in terms of how the characters move while they talk, add subtle breathing movement and for example if you had a character with attached items like the Demoman has with his grenades, animate them to not just move along exactly with his body.

Well, decided to implement a basic (for now) colour grading shader into INFRA. Eventually I'll move it over to using LUT (lookup tables) which are what Unreal Engine 3 uses for its colour grading.
