Also: Knowing the shortcuts and shortcuts to tools helps a ton.
Like Z is for camera when your cursor is in the 3d view, then you can drive around with WASD.

Because i have so many cables coming out of my pc, and stuff on my desk, i like the idea of not having restrictions with wires getting caught. It had a charge cable which i occasionally plug into my keyboard (such as now) and has red lights that come on way before it runs out of battery to tell me to charge it.

I always used wired and on the occasion that I've used wireless I haven't really noticed THAT big of a difference. I think you just need to manage your cords better. (And that's coming from the worst guy with cords.) :P

Honestly though, I'm always on the go moving my computer (read: not laptop) between houses and so I always have lazy bouts where I just want my computer up and running without the need of it looking "prettied up." I naturally have all my stuff out around me and not put away anyway - I have more trouble finding things when they're put away irl.
I don't have ocd, my cables are an utter mess. Even with the charge cable in, the mouse has a reduction in movement. And i like free movement.
