Sunset is a mix of blue and orange, people seem to almost always make the mistake of going too far to either direction.
A /light/ orange brightness setting and a /light/ blue ambient usually does the trick, don't let brightness go above 250 or so, keep ambient brightness lower as well, somewhere between 10-50. Use a darker shadow_control color to balance the light colors in the light_env.

Actually, blue sunsets are common (especially in the summer/fall) and can look really nice accompanied with the correct non-natural lighting and color tone. Of course, that can easily be achieved with color_correction and not just light_env.
Anyway, the setting really looks nice, but the stark blue/red fountain really contrasts with the sterile white, black & gray colorset. You could easily use some color references from screenshots of the game "Mirror's Edge". Looks pretty similar to yours.
