Not against rules by 99% of the moderators, only dipshit mods who care about being rated themselves would ban him for it, and iirc none of those people visit the mapping section.
There should be a rating system for all the hilarious little tiffs the FP mappers have amongst themselves, just yesterday I saw an awesome one between Pheonix and some random, this one was almost as good, hehe.
