This map is turning out to be a real beauty. I mean, wow, this is one of the most photo realistic maps I've seen yet. Keep it up.

Needs a 3d Skybox OR a better skybox - One that is more nighty ( stars in the sky please? ) I kinnda like the lighting Add a few more stands and a parking lot (+ lights and Bush's ) With a Ticket Booth :D

How is the map Coming along anyway?

Sorry for the long delay everyone. The map is coming along very nicely, I'm just packing up all the custom content that is loaded into it. Regarding a release date, I'm waiting for a time that Facepunch is a little more active, because I don't want this to be released, and then like, twenty people play it and then it's gone forever. And I saw the suggestion for echoing music in the bathroom. GREAT IDEA! I'll see how difficult it might be for a realistic file for all the songs for the bathrooms. In response to the suggestion for a parking lot and a ticket booth, I might pass this over to my brother to map that bit, because he's an amazing mapper, and he wants to expand to it. So we'll see. If anyone knows how to make a drum/guitar/bass/micstand SWEP, PLEASE CONTACT ME! I posted a request in the LUA section but it seems that that thread died. It would be a brilliant addon to this map, and would definitely make it more interesting.

So how is the map going, This thread is dieing a bit because of the lack of news.

I had an idea. On NIN.com There are raw songs you can download. By raw I mean every sound in the song in pices. So you could grab the drum loops, tie them togather, and make it to when you walk up to the drums and push E and the drums will start playing. Then the vocals to the mic, keys to the keys, and guitar to guitar. In the sound booth you could change the songs the instruments will play. Hope this helps in some way.

I'm still putting a zip together. (procrastinating a bit (what can I say! It's summer!)) and regarding kolbydmc, that's a bloody BRILLIANT idea! The only issue is, it would be a fucker to put together. Unless someone else might wanna do it for me?

Sence I have a nin account i could download the raw songs, tie the drums togather, guitar, vocals, etc. and send it to you to put it in the map. The only downside is not all of the songs that you picked for the map are on nin.com so mabe you could make 2 versions of the map, one with your setlist and one with my idea? I've made some remixes on the [url]http://remix.nin.com[/url]. The issue I have is getting it INTO the map. That would be REALLY painstaking. Anyway. I'm nearly done with the ZIP. Periodically check in the releases forum!! I'll probably have it on GMOD.org and on there very soon!

This map is simply EPIC. I am a huge music fan so I will definitely be downloading this. :D Haha I have an idea for the guitar thing. It doesn't play music but like kolbydmc said you'd be able to play the tracks by a button or trigger of some sort. My idea is if you want to hold a guitar. Get the guitar hero props or whatever guitar model and use PAC ( hatmaker ) like so. Beer stands need a beer can dispenser, other than that this thing is awesome.

I see that you have already compiled it but an idea. Have flashing colored lights in the "mosh pit." Also maybe have the spot lights serounding the mosh pit flash difrent colors also. Just an Idea but i think it would add to the feeling of the event.
