Damn..! When i make the map in single player the skybox is gone and where is the spaceships or what it was you were talking about?.. The map is cool nut not when those things are gone :(
i get a very weird skybox like it's not even there it's very strange

All would lag it up one hell of an amount, seeing as it was never designed for that sort of thing.

Why don't you re-make it, this time smoother, non-Combine textures, and new ideas.
Like so:
1. New, bigger, bulkier, Halo-style escape pods. (Maybe 4 escape pods?)
2. Take the escape pods out of the usual spot (Near the bridge) and put the pods in the Main Hangar bay, transformed into The Escape Pod Preparation Area, or EPPA. (Make the EPPA inacsessable!) I've noticed a dead end at the Dormitory Hall. Have a teleporter room (Black Mesa East kind) in there but have it inacsessable by closed blast doors. When the Core starts to meltdown these blast doors open up so people can get to the teleporter. When someone runs in the porter they hit a button behind them, turning on the porter. After 10 seconds of warming up they teleport to the EPPA. The driver inside the pod can hit a button next to the window and the pod will warm up and after 10 seconds the pod blasts off the wall, straight through the off-line blast doors, destroying them. After 40 seconds of Bahamut exploding the pod automaticly swings toward a giant asteriod that has other pods flying towards it. A camoflouge blast door opens up so the pods can fly and land in the Bahamut Meltdown Relief Asteriod (BMRA) bay. Two blast doors open up and the pod passengers can walk through the doors that close if a projectile or a pod is within 20 seconds of landing. When the pod passengers walk through the doors they close. A 20 second scan takes place and then the doors on the other side of the airlock open up, allowing view of the BMRA Dining Hall. When you look down the Main Hall of the asteriod you can see open blast doors. When you walk in there is the BMRA teleporter warmed up with a hum. If you get in the porter you can see above the blast doors that Dr. Kliener is there behind some bullet-proof glass. He'll talk to himself a few times, press some buttons, then the blast doors will seal. The porter will start up, charge, and you'll teleport to Bahamut's Bridge. The shield covering the entrance\exit will be on, and using the buttons above the consoles will do nothing. When you press a button on the Captain's chair the ship will go dark, the ship computer will run a 60-sencond scan on the ship, then the lights will come on, the shield will turn off, the computer will override the Bulkhead doors, and the escape pods, still docked in the BMRA bay, will self-destruct after a 1 minute warning, then respawn in the EPPA. All personel teleporting to Bahamut after the Bahamut computer re-boots the ship funtions, thanks to the BMRA teleporter, will teleport outside the teleporter room (closed when the Computer re-boots the ship funtions) at the end of Dormitory Hall.

ok its the best map i've ever played, but there are 3 things I don't get:
1: How do you turn on the asteroid with a whole hangar inside?
2: Whats the little disks spawned in it for?
3: How do you control the ships? when I right click, I hear noise, but nothing seems to happen.
