Fuuuuuu- sweetswifter, I got to my girlfriends and her Internet was being all derp pm when you're online so I can jump on msn.
Something i threw together a few nights ago, its just a section of underground mining tunnel:

Im thinking of bumpmapping these textures...
The cave walls don't look very natural against the floor and the wooden supports wouldn't "cut" into the cave wall either.
I've started working on the entrance thing. Just a fancy elevator platform and such, with winches and gears running as it travels down.

yes i know, hence "threw together". wasnt sure what mine design to go with, the older one as pictured or the modern squared one with resin beams (drilled rock filled with resin to strengthen it for natural support)

Ok, well I'm just gonna snapshot some photos of the underground section of a ZS map i'm working on. What I lack in fancy design and cool brushwork I make up for in badassery of concept. Plus the entrances. Super awesome.

The textures don't match, you have a gritty wall texture up against a smooth sand taxture on the floor, they clash so much that they literally highlight the lack of detail work in the corridors. You've put no thought into how they would be supported, and other things like the passage of time taking its toll, worn away stones, broken walls and such add a lot...
You need more variety, break up the textures to make them less repeating, like so:

Notice I used pillars to break up the wall and ceiling textures, making the corridor feel more cramped and claustrophobic, it'd also work in your situation.
The torches need some work, I suggest finding or creating a model, at the moment it looks incredibly poor, and you need to tweak the fire a little to match the amount of light in the corridors..

It's a clean room environment, which explains the coating of the rocks and the concrete. The facility is used to pick up neutrinos, very interesting stuff.
