FP Mapping Contest: Underground - Developers

I have been working my butt off for the past two days to get my entry finished. How many people are left in this contest? I was hoping to see far more entries.

I'm out for sure, though I've worked on my map almost everyday it still has a ton needed. I'm going to get it perfect, then I'll release it outside this contest. Though this contest really got me motivated.

Maps don't need to be finished; you just need to provide at least one picture of what you have

Scattered through the thread already then, but I'll at least get the most recent bit of content in game first.

how about you, MenteR? Any progress? I'm really fascinated with his map.

A poem about how I didn't get my map done. I started up the SDK, Ready to map the day away. However Minecraft was so fun, The map would never ever get done. Then World of Tanks just rolled on by, I closed up Hammer and bid goodbye.

When done it was going to have steam come out of the pipes alternatingly as the mechanism spun and there were going to be big blue sparks (like an angle grinder but kinda blue electrical looking) from the bit on the left which would've had wires going to another part that I had planned (kinda like Frankenstein style contraptions, with some pseudo-steampunk tesla coils sparking at a table). I'm not disappointed with my entry, just a little annoyed that I put off the finishing touches till so late (last couple of days). Hope you all like it. Once I finish it (it's now in the backlog of maps I plan to finish this year) I will release it for you guys if you want some crazy lava cavern with weird experiments. i'm finishing my map [editline]2nd February 2011[/editline] made it in time, still could add more stuff but it looks overall pretty meh. i just think the concept looks cool. [editline]2nd February 2011[/editline] it reminds me of the mass effect presidium. [editline]2nd February 2011[/editline] except this one is in venus and it's underground.
