The venting in the corner needs some sort of snow on it, looks weird how there's just a square on the ground with no snow.
It looks like you're trying to go for a perfectly round shaft, but it looks lumpy. Try turning it into a displacement and sub-dividing?

The color is 136 238 238 and the brightness is 100.

That's not snow it's rock.
The shaft isn't perfectly round and IS subdivided and has bumps and dents like rock only the ring on top is round.

No, I've never played or seen anything from that game. My references are of a russian sub base.
There's a level in MOHAA where you're infiltrating a German U-Boat base in Norway. Think that's what he's referring to.
I played that. That can be redone if you can get the actual map layout of it which shouldn't be too hard, even make the U-Boat enter-able too.
