On a lighter note the earlier pics, you know.. with lighting, looks pretty damn good, I especially like some of the tall buildings' architecture. and some of the lighting there gives it an almost GTA feel to it, especially here:

This is a great example of how good lighting can make nearly any map look good, and vice versa, how a lack of it can ruin any map.

I hate to let out the grammar nazi, but the sheer amount of errors might be worth fixing for the next version of your overview:
overwatch, industrie, famili, factrory, shoping, gettoh = overview, industry, family, factory, shopping, ghetto

"Mayor building" is the town or city hall? I also can't see a parking area at the motel, so hotel would be more fitting, but well...

no no its a hotel dude the parking area is on the left side the little street you see is a enterence to the underground parking area so ^^,and know that i write all of these names wronge sry for this,

As am I. Neverthless I'm trying to get at least the spelling right, even though my grammar is far from perfect.
I was just pointing out the mass of spelling mistakes so he can learn from it. Realizing what you're doing wrong is part of the learning process.

I was referring to the difference between a motel and hotel. But nevermind, I'm just nit-picking.
