Downloading now... my internet blows. Looks good though!
Played through it and the only thing I don't like is the third person shot before and after the tube lift things, could've done a charge up sequence and stayed in first person and it'd be better.
This seems like a stupid question but how do I install it?
You extract it to your mod folder. This is also available to download on moddb. This was the best Portal mod I have ever played. I can't wait until the next episode. I especially liked the hot chamber.
Best portal mod ive played.
This was the best Portal mod I have ever played. I can't wait until the next episode. I especially liked the hot chamber.
The hot chamber was one of my least favorites because of two things. 1. Extreme lag, even on the lowest settings (I blame my five year-old graphics card). 2. Either due to the lag or some kind of glitch, the platforms would end up falling while I'm standing on them or just not show up at all.
I encountered frame rate problems throughout, and became stuck or crushed by falling panels on numerous occasions. I'm finding it difficult to enjoy this mod, as much as I would really like to.

The only problem in my opinion is that is was not that fun.
I thinks its more fun than the original game.
;23997594']I thinks its more fun than the original game.
Haha, you're hilarious. Give this man some of those funnies! Well, that's a shitty page starter. :sigh:

I had some fun on it, but with all those flames it was really laggy and I liked the way you incorporated other characters

I should have mentioned that this is more system heavy then the original portal. My bad.
Pimpnasty. Gonna try this out later today. :)
This is a fun mod, but as been stated, that third person lift thing is not good. It kinda ruins the feeling. The platform part was really tedious in my opinion. Also, the room with all the flames didn't require real puzzle skills it just required me tapping the W key. It wasn't that hard, more tedious than anything. It was still good though.
This is absolutely amazing. It's much better than the original game imo. I literally have not a single complaint; the maps were brilliant, the gameplay was brilliant, the story was brilliant.
Nice! I haven't seen that many Portal mappers in here. Continue the great work.

That and I don't think this and Portal's story are really comparable. I think Portal's is much better, especially since this pretty much copied Portal's story and [sp]slapped in a Ratman-similar character.[/sp]
the tiles changing and popping out seems, like you were trying to make it look like it was the storyline of portal 2, where glados rebuilds the laboratory.
Some content for Ep2. Keep in mind, that the textures are not.
HL2 mod with a latin name where haven't i seen this before
But the lambda..... oh.
HL2 mod with a latin name where haven't i seen this before
This is a Portal mod, not a HL2 mod :ninja:
This is a Portal mod, not a HL2 mod :ninja:
Its a hl2 mod with the portal content mounted onto it.
Ive decided to use my livestreaming channel to show you some mapping done for ep2. If youve missed it live, you can always select it and play it again. http://livestre.am/3tQ6
