The portal 2 authoring tools wont compile anything. Which means... Yeah.. Also, the sooner someone can help me figure out how to upload hammer maps to the portal 2 workshop, the quicker i can release this thing.

(at least, that's what I read)

Although until i can get this error solved "vvis launcher error: can't load vvis_dll. The specified procedure could not be found." I cant compile the latest version to put on the workshop. Edit: Good news. Got that fixed. Apparently the editor was missing 280 files.. I had to validate it several times just to get them to show up. Map will release later today after i finish this round of beta testing.
Er. No it wont. It will release today! I hate random bugs.. Oh, if anyone is wondering why i didnt release it. My compile time shot up to 30 minutes. up from 10. No idea why. It seems to have happened when the DLC came out. Going through the map trying to reduce the number of brushes to as few as possible. Edit: Compile time down to 5 minutes. Fixing a bug with the doors and then i'll throw it up on the workshop as a beta release.

Okay. A few reminders right before the map goes live. 1. This is a beta release. Nothing is final. 2. There are bugs in the map. 3. If you find any bugs in the map, screenshot them and post them on this thread. 4. I know about some bugs that cant be fixed due to engine problems. 5. I'm always open for suggestions, because this is a beta release. 6. The lighting *IS NOT* final. Im still working on it. 7. I cannot stress this enough, this is a [b]BETA[/b] release Edit: Didn't know about this [url]www.thinkwithportals.com/puzzlemaker/workshop_compatibility.php[/url] Release delayed a little.

I haven't found any bugs, aside from the light bridges and excursion funnels not being long enough. But I assume those are in-built bugs with the source engine.

If you coat it in repulsion gel, it seems to shoot you in reverse, even with a portal on the surface. [t]http://puu.sh/uo7y[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/uo8b[/t] Not sure if that's a bug or not. Also, uggestion, I think it would be a good idea to make the black, un-portalable surface along the rim, portalable. It's probably because I've got the faith plate set to be so powerful. I can weaken it so you aren't being flung so fast you go a little past the portal before you enter it. B. That would alter the looks of the walls from the inside of the area. I don't really want to do that. C. Yeah, I can do that. I guess i'll release a new version whenever I have enough changes to justify an update.

Hi! I created an account just to post here. I really love this map! Its the best playground map I played! I only found one bug, which is that gel sizzling. But I have some suggestions: 1. What about adding bomb dropper (it would spawn bombs that you use to defeat Wheatley in singleplayer) 2. Personality Core spawner 3. Pneumatic Diversity Vents (which you could redirect to fast and easily transport yourself and items around map) 4. Adding a fizzler there so you can destroy unwanted items and remove portals. And 2 questions: 1. [sp]What the button behind one of those Faith Plates does? I searched through whole map but didnt found it.[/sp] 2. [sp]Is there any legitimate way to get to those boxes you can use to spray gel? (I mean the boxes that are on the grassy islands out of the map) Because the only way I found was noclip.[/sp] P.S.: Sorry for grammatical errors, but Im from Slovakia.

And i've got a nice idea how to do the rotating light bridge. I'll add that to the list of changes I'm making before I release the next version. Anyone else have any ideas?
Okay.... Cant rotate the light bridge because parenting it isn't standard apparently. And I don't know how to do that. Also, working on expanding the map a little to make it a little closer in style to the more recent Gm_Construct.
Heeeeellllp! Big problem with the authoring tools. The grid is black, all entities/ decals are black, nothing shows up in the design grids. No idea whats wrong, or what to do.
