there is an error in maps that not for this mod - when you aiming on sky you have a HUD error (it trying to make anull entity 0_o). And i cant make npc spawn ingame.

yes the icon will say obsolete. click the object and open its information window and you will see what it is. you can copy and paste them into your map.

Also, after playing a bit of portal to see the new ending, I'm going to add a kind of underground testing facility thingy with a sort of Fallout 3 vault/Portal/Survivors theme.
I'm not sure where to put the Point_stash. Should there be multiple stashes in different places around the map or should there be just one?
Is it possible to make it so you can find stuff already in stashes?

No, I believe you can steal their items that they have stored in the stash. It's sorta like a team's storage crate where they leave their stuff.

Hm... that actually seems like a good idea for something like this. Maybe I'll see if I can extract a few textures, models, etc from WoW and maybe remake some of the Blasted Lands.
How large should we make these maps?
I have finally got some pics. There are still a few problems. The Env_light is way too bright and it makes the terrain reflect brightly. I have not added hardly any detail yet. The room with the servers is the Exodus (I Think that is how it is spelled) base. The little makeshift shack is the Bandoiler base and the bunker by the water is N.M.A. base. Also the tanker in ther corner of the map has the texture missing. I'm sure it will show on others that have the texture.

I'm really happy with how my map is coming on, so I've decided to be a little more optimistic with the bases; I'm currently working on a multi-story hostal (Facepunch Hostel), then I'm going to work on a circus/theme park kind of thing (L4D2 props ahoy) but I'm not sure what to do for the last base.
Any ideas?
