To answer most of the questions: The map is put on hold, as I have other stuff on my mind. I hope I'll have more time in the new year. He said map is on hold. Just get over it. This happens on Facepunch all the time to awesome maps. gm_tornadochase for example. It is lost. Nothing you can do about it unless you want to make your own.
