so, any news?
How about another off-world location? I still have to finish infirmary and mess hall, furnish the control interface room, finish the shuttle bay at the front and connect these areas to the rest. The elevators don't work like I want them to Does anyone have a clue as to where some of these rooms are located? The mess hall for example, is somewhere on the starboard side, as indicated by the FTL effect seen in the windows. Sadly the infirmary has no windows to see the FTL effect. :/ The control interface rooms is probably somewhere in the "spike" or "tower" or whatever the larger structure at the back is called. What pack? You may recognize the textures. I borrowed them from SGTLS until I have time to make my own. And these textures are in turn remade high-res versions of a texture pack for quake 3, which was also used in alot of SGTC1 maps.

It's from [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=963938"]Carters Addon Pack[/URL], so not much I can do about it. ;)

Why not run off to one of the Destinys cargo bays to build something?

But I made other maps before, two for SGTC1, one for SGTC2. And a shitload of unfinished projects... The cargo bay is big enough to build anything you could carry around in the destiny. Anything bigger wouldn't be of any use, wouldn't it? And in case you want to build something a little bit bigger, the ice planet should have enough space. It won't be big enough for Atlantis, though. o_O
Will Destiny be able to go into FTL?
It already does, check out the video a few pages back.
I even put the video in the first post. :P By the way, that FTL effect gives me some problems. I made the video in SG:TLS. But when testing the map in Gmod, the blue clouds are paler and just not as dense as when played in SG:TLS. The used particle file is the same. Hm.

It might not be utterly godlike quality wise (it is however VERY good), It is still original and something different, I for one can't wait for this map as I am a huge fan of the series and I apreciate the work put into this map.
