I am having a bit of an odd water texture issue.
For the "lakes":
The water appears proper from above.
Underwater, the TOP of the water is pink and black.
But I can look around to my sides without problems.
For the puddles in the underground cavern:
They are pink and black entirely.
These are the only missing textures for me. I am soon going to be cleaning up my Gmod folder (very messy with old addons).
Oh and to you people with lag issues, how's this...

Heh. I suggest cleaning up your gmod folders if you have lag.
To SPK: This is the best map ever made, ever. I am quite sure many agree.
Edit: disable HDR if you're being blinded. HDR is crap anyway, it makes everything look terrible (I don't mean on my vid card, I mean the concept of it period)

How do you disable HRD :o
HDR is somewhere in the video settings for the game itself.
Note that this change might carry over to your other Source games also.
HDR can be disabled in the video settings. It will only disable it on Gmod. I disabled it because I thought it looked blinding on this map and unrealistic.

I reinstalled GMod fully, deleted everything.
Mobenix and the low quality water textures installed. Door STool is only addon.
No additional textures of any kind...mobenix and door are only mods period
When above water, water looks normal.
When below water, water surface is pink and black, but not my left/right/down surroundings.
This is not a me-specific issue, and this is not a Gmod issue - the low quality texture is missing this critical component. SPK, any thoughts?

Please refer to my later reply - the water texture fix does not fix it. With/without, results are the same.
With regards to my water issue
This map uses water from an Orange Box game! I did not read anywhere that Ep2 was required...
I just got the Orange Box and the water issue is fixed 100%.
