Do post dates mean nothing to people anymore? :frown:
Do post dates mean nothing to people anymore? :frown:
Huh. Apparently not. Still, it gave me a good reason to do this...

Dude. That's fucking amazing.
Yes, it was indeed...too bad I no longer have XSI. I am ChaosLord by the way, that acc got banned for overposting in the RC as a goldie X.X qwerty, if you're still hanging around and want the old prefab...well...you're probably not gonna believe this but I still have it o.O

File has been re-uploaded, people! Thank you and Ačiū for all the nice comments! P.S. this is going to be a bit off topic, but hopefully I have a right to go a little of topic in my thread. So I recently connected to my steam account after a long time, things have changed so much since my last visit, I barely found what I was looking for... anyway, I started up the good old Source SDK, thought I would do (or remember how to do) some good old mapping, but there is this problem that kept me from doing it. So I fired up my hammer editor, and it did not look like much has changed, apart from the fact that it runs on a new, 2009 version of the source engine, also has some new tools and this big empty box called "Manifest": I really did not care what the new Manifest feature actually does, apart from turning my map green. I have a small (15 inch) monitor and my mapping interface was small enough as it was, I really did not need another big box on the right side of the screen messing up the view ports. So the first thing I tried to do was getting rid of it. Unfortunately, I was not successful at doing so, and after messing with the box for longer then a minute, my VHE would lock up, and the only way to shut it down would be the task manager. I tried for about 10 times, until I finally gave up and decided to leave it in peace. but soon I realized, that "playing around" with the manifest box was not the cause of the crashes, it soon became clear to me, that there is something seriously wrong with my VHE... So... what I wanted to ask You people, did anyone else experience these problems? or perhaps this is a common problem which requires me to do some (hopefully) simple procedures to fix it? I would be very thankful, if someone helped me. Anyway, thank you all once again for downloading and liking my prefab! I repeat again: File has been re-uploaded, people! Thank you and Ačiū for all the nice comments! Enjoy!
I was about to say necro bump, but then realized this thread has been going for a while. Now I can say, Holy balls that's amazing.
Un-maximize your Hammer window, drag the Manifest thing away from it until it becomes separate, hit the X. Voila, adios Manifest. As for your Hammer crashing...no clue o.O
Should just have to drag it off and close the miniature window. Really nice train by the way.
