Either way, you've probably changed the folder structure of the texture pack, causing them to not be able to find the texture file.

Sorry for the bump, but any reason the decals are huge? Some of them are 512x512

It's relatively easy to add it and I probably won't be patching the texture pack for a while. I have done the hard part, just fill in the gaps I left open.

So the better the survivors are doing the greater the chance of a Blow out - Don't stand outside! Any survivors caught outside will die instantly. It looks really awesome! A new release of the texture pack will be up sometime today (v1.1?). It's nothing huge. It's just a few touched up/fixed bumpmaps, a few new textures, fixed decals, and a few water enhancements. I've included an animated water caustics texture I made and water splash/wave effects that replace the default ones (not made by me). They actually use the refract shader so it looks like real water. - The updated pack is now out. I've also included new water textures. They are modified ones from the detailed water texture pack on gmod.org. If you have the previous version installed, remove it and then install the new pack.
awesome I'm liking the new pack. Now is the water caustics just a decal or can I use it as a overlay?

There not his textures, there the STALKER ones so you don't have to ask him, just credit him when you release your map for converting them.
I know that he doesn't own the textures and that I don't have to ask because he isn't GSC (or who ever owns them) but it seemed like the right thing to do after his hard work. Also I was wondering if anybody could extract the RAW bump maps (for the terrain) from the game. I've tried and failed - the RAW files clearly weren't loading properly for me.
