rp_catisland was a great map, I knew of at least one Noir RP community that was planning to use it. It's a shame that the dev who was working on it got banned, referring to the London rioters as 'fucking animals' doesn't exactly count as racism.

to be fair I'm pretty sure he had a history of racism related bans or the like. He came back a few months ago and posted about a new map he was working on but then got banned again for a similar reason like a week or two after.

Hello, everyone!!! My name is Cupcake (a.k.a. blairwitch66) and I have come for a little question to ask you guys. Does anyone know where I can get into touch with Antimonycat, the creator of Rp_Catisland? I recently tried to search for the map, but to no avail when I decided to find out who was the original developer of the map and to my surprise, I actually found him. I tried to find a way to contact him earlier, but I couldn't find a way and he hasn't been on the Facepunch since January 15, 2015. So, if he has a Steam account or is somewhere else on the internet, please reply ASAP!!! I'll check back soon for updates. Thank you and goodnight!!!

Why would someone delete all the work they've done? I understand he was perma-banned from the forum, but I don't see it as a reason for deleting so much hard work.

Call me cynical, but I don't think anyone would let so much hard work sit in a deep, lost corner in someone's hard drive gathering virtual dust just because the author got perma'd from an online forum. The fact that we haven't seen an upgrade or the map itself anywhere else leads me to think that the project has been canned.
Then again, it's been nearly four years. Lots of things can happen in that time.

EDIT: Antimonycat suicidepunch'd (perma-banned) himself, so that's why he hasn't been on the forums for so long, but I do believe that I found his Steam account last night, but it was set to private, so I'll see what I can do to get a message from him.
