You're basing this on the ability of one modeler. (who is very good)
For all we know, It could be a blocky misaligned mess, with some very nice roof models.
I'm waiting for some pictures of a map before I praise it.

I get that you have them, I'm just worried about the people praising it like it's the best thing they have ever seen when they've only seen one model.

Even when a map is still in Dev it can look good, as long as the brush work is right, and the details are kind of set up right, then you shouldn't have to worry. Just show some proof your maps aren't going to be blocky ass flat spaces with the occasional model.
It still eludes me why you would want to re-create this place in GMod, and how you actually intend on doing it, you are going to need multiple servers to host the thing, you might have to break each area up into it's own map (or it will run like ass/ not fit the limits/ be tiny and even worse).
And uprising to see props actually managing a team, unlike the last time he tried.
