I don't see the point of achievements in this, you are essentially provoking attacks from the GMT fanboys, what exactly is there to achieve in a online themepark? Okay simple things like high scores on a sideshow, but who would really give a damn? Plus achievements are just a cheap way of trying to get more gameplay out of something, if you were to make this right, you would have no need for them, players would just willingly join and play without having to be encouraged by incentives like achievements.

Yeah, achievements are just that, little extra things that can add to the enjoyment of the game. If you are one to not really care about them, then there is nothing stopping you from ignoring them. And about "essentially provoking attacks from the GMT fanboys;" did they invent achievements? I don't quite understand why you would even attempt to make an argument here.

Being able to ride the rides will be a gimmick that will last a very short time. People need more things to do. Period. Besides, no one's decided whether we are having achievements or not at this point.

With the GMT fanboys thing, I was mainly talking about Ghast who calls anything merely connected with lobbies "A blatant rip off of GMT" :v: No big worry, we know he's a tool anyway.
And you lot need to sort out your damn control over your members if they keep posting shit they shouldn't be. I would probably have either removed, or killed the person who keeps doing it.

Ghast is pretty much rude to all people in any Garry's Mod if not all Facepunch forums. He always put people down and says "Its constructive criticism" yet it isn't.

i could be of some assistance just go to wikipedia and search disney world and you can find out about all of the atractions and also some ideas
1.It would not be possible to create a whole map for disneyworld so split it up into several maps (EPCOT, Magic kingdom, et.)
2.Try to create a version of the fantasmic show initiated by a button or from an admin room
3.Get lots of reference material for the rides
4.Try to make the rides similair to the real world counter parts
5.Bring Walt Disney back to life as an NPC
