Yes, I'm going all out. Most of the rides in the park aren't very complex in design (Splash Mountain and POTC could be physics based rides, Haunted Mansion can be easily placed on a track) So making them ride-able is definitely conceivable.
Edit: I've never been a fan of community maps\projects like this because of the inconsistency of models\textures\art style\etc.

This sounds like a huge project to work on. Takes a lot of time to modeling and texture the whole place.

Everytime we feel that this project is going to be bad, take more time, anything goes wrong, we remember what Walt Disney once said. He said that if we can dream it, we can do it, and now he created one of the biggest enterprises on the entertrainement market.
