Don't know about tram tracks. Would be kinda cool, but im first finishing the basic layout of the Map.
After that the functional things are coming in.

Well, Zally, it looks great for being W.I.P. It's not a fullbright blocky pile of junk. Wait until it is released, then we can judge how good it is.
But so far, I think it looks very good.

but its still pretty good, because it doesnt suck total ass.
It doesn't look bad, please don't think I said that, it just seems that people are giving it more credit than it should have.
It's more than just screenshots you know. The first oviscity was one of the best rp maps way way back.
