Destroyed buildings look cool and all but this doesn't look like a hl2 roleplay themed map so having buildings which are destroyed in a city doesn't seem right.

Because no city is clean? I mean I live in rural britain, and there is a row of 4 houses burnt down around here, and a lot of half-demolished industrial buildings.

Maybe you could add some construction fencing, cones or something around the ruined areas so it still looks run-down but appears a little more plausible.
