Downloaded Low Res version and it is greatly appreciated! You wiped off 80mb which is a significant amount.
I do plan on adding these to LoungeGN's server when I get a chance to spend the required amount of time to upload.

That would be great if you get around to it. I would post the servers ip on the main page. If your ever thinking about it the high resolution version is allot better than the low resolution. There is quiet a noticeable difference between them when you start getting close. In the high resolution map the material files are around 5-10 megabytes however in the low res version there about 170kb, there fine for about 5 meters but then once you get closer you can see the quality difference. So if you get the time i do recommenced downloading the high resolution version. This however also depends on whether your computer can handle it.

Very pretty map and design! But I think you've overused the hazard stripe textures, and you should use larger displacements, because it's not very soft around the main water area.
I've also found a couple of brush glitches. With a map that big it's a bit difficult to keep track of every brush, but you should look around the map and perfect every little flaw. However small. Because in a couple of places, I've found grass poking up through the concrete.
You should make a torrent for the high res version.

Its nice, I love the incredibly detailed textures but it just kinda goes to waste if you are making a plain construct map. You should try this great idea on perhaps something a little more artistic and visual, maybe some nice, green, gently rolling hills with a few buildings spaced out here and there and maybe a small wooded area. That would be nice. Also if you are working with these awesome new custom textures, it would be cool if you made a new skybox or something.
Just some ideas, the map is an 8/10.

I notice you got a lot closer in the low res shots, this could count as biased advertising (getting closer to make the quality look worse). Try to get them at the same distance, the difference in position is quite noticable, especially in the second pic.
On another note, your map looks quite nice.

Need areaportals, though, and it puts the engine on its knees when being at the end of a side and looking at the other. Might just be my 16xCSAA, though... I don't know.

That's a great idea. If i get around to making another version (the final version) i will most definitely incorporate this.

Wow, back in 1908 eh? lol Something tells me thats not really them.
Also, i have a lag issue with your map, I've played on it and i really like it, however cant build on it or anything my fps drops to around 4 or something (depending on what direction i face). But yeah, i like the map very well put together!

The FBI was started in 1908.
This map is a pretty good recreation of construct. I gotta use the Low-Res version to get a half way decent frame rate.
By the way. There is no need to have scaled some of the textures that you used so low. Just looks stupid. Part of the reason i remove it.

Which version are you talking about? High res or low res?
