I'm sorry but nice attempt a flame sir. In fairness and in the vein of proper critique, did you spawn those NPCs in-game? I'm sorry but I know that NPC makers and other AI entities can be difficult to work with for some folks so if you need a tutorial just ask. Here is an example of the map utilizing those entities (please excuse me Karas but I assume this is alright):

It would be a lot more acceptable if it were satire comedy through-and-through, and I really am not the sort of person to call racism at minor things, for fuck's sake my favorite game mode of all time on Garrysmod was probably Spy's Ghetto Drug Bust, where one faction could be described only as gun-toting ghetto niggers and spoke in what could only be described as what a racist thinks blacks talk like, but seriously, you don't think that putting offensive stereotypes in a game that isn't 200% satire but is meant to spread a message might really piss some people off?) aside, you've made a disgusting abomination and I can see the DarkRP and M9K parts poking through.

If you've really dedicated yourself to this, and have actually learned Lua to do this, then surely you can spare the effort to:
A. Make a custom gamemode
B. Make custom guns, or even get a weapon base that isn't 100% ass and that even I could improve
