Not sure if anyone else has this problem or if this was addressed, but certain models are missing (at least for me). I had to turn off the specular, not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Does anyone else have these problems, or is it just me?

That console command broke all my models' eye textures.
I've seen that invisible prop bug once before, not sure what causes it though.
So need to do a heist gamemode, Someone go, go forth and do this ^.^
I had the invisible prop bug turns out I needed to run left 4 dead 2 and it fixed it.

I've actually thought about doing the Train station and/or the drive in theater before, it would be nice to see another collaboration start up.

Same as long as it actually gets like... finished. Last one I did had everyone actually complete their maps, but the person running it never put everything together.
If I may offer a suggestion, maybe you could do an airport
There could be individual shops, gates, and other parts such as a monorail that different people could work on

I've been playing with the idea of a neo/future tokyo collab. (not the game)
I'm not sure yet, seems like there would be a lot of potential for cluttered store fronts and second floor dwellings.

That's exactly where I bought that model. Also the other models were from a Starbucks 3d scene that was originally for 3d max.

Who would be up for a new collab? Garrys Mall 2, maybe a new name, but lets use Garrys Mall 2 for now. I am think of finding some good shopping mall floor plans and building up from one. I quick search on Google Images finds loads, take a look. Let me know your thoughts and which floor plan you think would be good.
