It wouldn't be too hard to inherit the RT camera's code, apply an overlay, and make it fly (when controlled, use the controller's link movement, when not, then a, it is set on a path (follow it) or b, just hover). Also linking KINO to the controller would be necessary I think.

Look at my picture, the scales are different. It needs to fit a kino, and it isn't large enough. I plan to make an entity to spawn the kinos and remotes. The remotes go in the vent-like area above the kino slot.

Okay, thanks for having a KINO that fits. Also, thanks for the SGU Chevron Lock. My KINO Remote is going slowly, I somehow crippled the code, don't know how, and my back-up was accidentally overwritten...(Learned my lesson) So trying to fix. Also, trying to find a good approach to make a KINO, but I don't expect that to go many places... IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE CLEAN KINO REMOTE SOUNDS ARE PLEASE DO(TELL)!

ive been looking over the stargate lua and i think what needs to be done to add ramps to the spawn in ramp list is add the model location and local position offset to stargate_base init.lua file. although its not working for me. i should have the model location right i got the zip download, models/Iziraider/sguramp/sgu_ramp.mdl etc. Also in order for this to work ramp3 needs rotated so local X+ is the front of the ramp.
