Jesus Christ. The poly count on these models is so much that Milkshape can't even render it properly.

3ds max crashed my computer when I imported something.

Any chance you could post the original unrigged models?

Try inverting the blue channel, it looks extraordinarily dark compared to most blue channels.

To fix normal map use this formula: B=sqrt(1.0 - R^2 - G^2). (R and B channels are normalized; from 0.0 to 1.0). For blender i use this node setup: [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/dfpolth.png[/IMG]

Awesome release, thank you very much! Also, to fix the textures: From where you are according to your picture in Photoshop, press ctrl+5, then ctrl+i, then ctrl+2. Then save.
