I keep getting small lag spikes of ~1sec every 30 seconds or so and it's COMPLETELY destroying my gameplay. is this happening to anyone else? i need a fix for this, this is terrible.
I never said which is better, I just said that having flat arpen isn't a bad thing even if you have percentage arpen.

Give me a case where not having flat arpen would result in a higher reduction than having it.

If I had to choose between no quints or AP quints for Pantheon, which would be better?
What do you mean you wouldn't. It's a simple yes or no, will flat arp hurt you if you run it? I'm not arguing for christ's sake, I just want to know, because you made it sound that having it will ruin your percentage arpen items.

But you can't make a flat out statement as to whether or not they're better than not having them. In the laning phase, obviously they'll be useful. Late game, they'll fall off. They won't NEGATIVELY impact your game, they'll just lessen the effect of % based arpen. Is it really that complicated? what the fuck

So if you have 200 armor and 15 arpen, and 10 percent, then it'll be 185 *0.9 = 166.5. Without the 15 you would have 180. So you can make a concrete statement that in no case is having flat arpen a bad thing, however it is arguable if flat ad is better.

Make the ult work like Razor's Q where it balloons up to full AoE then deflates back, dealing damage both ways. Damage amount (or secondary effect if you want to go for that) is based on how far away target is from origin point of AoE ring.
