This seems really useful for scouts.

KV setup: Commander: Expert Driver: Neatnik Gunner: Master Gunsmith or Steady Hands Loader: Do-or-Die Radioman: Stick with the old repairs

All these skills are going to have laughable values. I think I might actually stick with repair/camo and camo/repair on all tanks, perhaps except having some expert commanders.
Yeah, I'm expecting that "Loading speed increased while under 10% health" will be something like 5%.
