I enjoyed the bosses in Vanquish. The final boss gets a little crazy.
Werewolf in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.
I was so surprised when [sp]Nines was okay despite being tackled by another werewolf before this fight. Was a real surprise going back to the hotel only to find Nines sitting next to the werewolf's mutilated head he tore off.[/sp] Wasn't really a boss fight though considering you just had to run away until the lift arrived. Still was quite intense. Anyway, the final boss from Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption was pretty intense, but I last fought him like 11 years ago so I don't remember if the fight was tedious or not. After you finally killed him and figure it's all done, he transforms into a giant gargoyle-like beast with even more health. He was a bastard.
What the hell, do they ever stop coming?
Depends on which difficulty you play on. On the easiest there's only 3 of them, on the hardest there are 25.
Depends on which difficulty you play on. On the easiest there's only 3 of them, on the hardest there are 25.
I gotta try that, but I fear every battle before will be harder.
The hardest bosses are Fatman, being strangled scene 1, and being strangled scene 2.
I swear to god this guy is unkillable
The hardest bosses are Fatman, being strangled scene 1, and being strangled scene 2.
If you think that MGS2 strangling scenes were hard, try MGS1's torture scene.
Think its surprising nobody said fighting(spoilers for the people who didn't play that DLC) [sp]Tela Vasir.[/sp] Maybe it was awesome if you were a Vanguard, since both of you can/kept on using Charge.
hitler from sniper elite V2 if only because you can shoot his nut off with xray bullet cam
fixed
I loved the bosses in Soul Reaver, though they were pretty easy if you knew what to do.
fixed
Sorry but you didn't really fix it.
all of them.
every time this game is mentioned i want to buy a playstation
Mysterio from Spider-man 2.
This Motherfucker from Dead Space. It's like fighting a zombie-Kraken in a tumble-dryer.
This Motherfucker from Dead Space. It's like fighting a zombie-Kraken in a tumble-dryer.
This boss fucked me up mentally, you fight a wall made of fused people, it just seems like such an awful thing, which is why I liked Dead Space, it had jump scares, emotional scares, and even a few that made you think, and realize how fucked up it is.
Every boss in the God of War series.
[sp]ok i'll admit i haven't played persona 2 but it looks like a nice boss fight either way[/sp]
It was epic in the context of the story, at least. It's quite a way to express a guy overcoming his depression.
Rated E for everyone.
The final boss from Bomberman 64: The Second Attack was one of my favorite bosses during my childhood. Had a bitch of a time killing it.
Not really a boss, but one of the best made antagonists ever in my opinion. To those who haven't played Halo, its pretty similar to the Necromorphs in that its a conglomerate of flesh harevsted by lesser Flood units that hit a certain mass so it became sentient. Only thing is, the consciousness isn't some new creature, its immeasurably ancient. "I...I am a monument to all your sins. There is much talk...and I have listened. Through rock and metal and time. Now I shall talk, and you shall listen. Your prophets have promised you freedom from a doomed existence. But you will find no salvation on this ring. Those who built this place knew what they wrought. Do not mistake their intent, or all will perish as they did before. There is still time to stop the key from turning, but first it must be found. Fate had us meet as foes...but this ring will make us brothers!"

You know after doing some reading in the past, apparently, before Bungie started hacking off unfinished stuff in Halo 2 due to time constraints, there were to be two entire levels (After the one where you killed Regret) where you faced off against that fucker as the Master Chief. In the end, they cut the levels and replaced all of the story between them with that cutscene where the Arbiter and Chief chat with it. Sucks that they had to do that really... (You were also going to be driving around in this giant Forerunner tank thing in one of the sequences or something; Which ended up being cut too although one part of the tank was resurrected and remade into the gondolas that you ride into the Library with.)
