It is of course the sequel to Battlefield: Bad company 1. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A key gameplay feature introduced by its predecessor, Bad Company, is destructible environments. The improved system is called "Destruction 2.0". It now allows players to completely demolish a building with sustained explosive firepower, resulting in the building becoming a pile of rubble and killing any trapped inside. The game also includes bullet drop, a feature previously seen in single-player games such as the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, which causes bullets and other munitions to fall downwards due to gravity. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [b]Characters[/b] As for the majority of the single player campaign, the player controls Private Preston Marlowe. Marlowe is part of a squad formerly representing a misfit company in a fictional United States Army battalion known as "Bad Company". Other members of the squad include technology expert Private Terrance Sweetwater, demolitions specialist Private George Haggard Jr., and squad leader Sergeant Samuel Redford. The squad, escaping with gold in the previous game but believed to be caught soon thereafter, now work for a special assignment for the Army in securing a dangerous weapon codenamed "The Black Weapon". -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There have been many new things added into the second installment of BFBC such as the UH-60 Black Hawk, a quad bike, a three-man patrol boat, a personal watercraft, a ZU-23 mounted on a BTR-D armored personnel carrier, and a UAV helicopter controlled via remote computer terminals. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [b]Gameplay[/b] Gameplay is basically the same as before with a few exceptions of some new gamemodes (and the replacement of Gold stations with M-COM stations, or communication stations.) Lost tickets can be regained by reviving fallen teammates. An M-COM station can be destroyed by planting a charge, using explosive weapons or when a building is collapsed down on it. [b]Conquest[/b]: The classic gameplay from every Battlefield series game. Players must capture and hold flags for as long as the enemy respawn tickets hold out. Every kill makes the enemy lose one ticket, and enemy tickets constantly decrease when a team controls more than half of the flags on the map. Vehicles unlock as control points are held. [b]Squad Deatmatch -NEW-[/b]: Up to four squads and one Infantry Fighting Vehicle roam the map. First squad to score fifty kills get the win. [b]Squad Rush -NEW-[/b]: Squad Rush puts a squad of four players versus another squad of four players for a max of eight player matches of Rush. The maps for squad rush are taken from both conquest and rush. There will be only 2 M-COM stations in the entire round. [b]Onslaught -NEW-[/b]: One squad of up to four players faces an onslaught of enemy AI soldiers. This game mode will feature new lighting and time of day on existing maps, as well as new vehicles. It has only been announced for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [b]Weapons[/b] [b]Rifles:[/b] [b]AEK 970 Assault Rifle[/b] The AEK-971 &#8220;Vintovka&#8221; is the default assault rifle, and is probably very familiar to most players. What makes the AEK-971 an attractive choice is it&#8217;s higher rate of fire, but it maintains a decent accuracy rating. This allows it to be versatile in either shorter ranges, due to it&#8217;s higher rate of fire, but also allows the shooter to pick out targets at longer ranges. Again, the Automatic Rifles segment represent the more well-rounded segment, but the AEK-971 leans more toward the medium-shorter range, but not in the sense that the AUG does. [b]XM8 Prototype Assault Rifle[/b] The XM8-P, the second rifle earned, is one of the more well-rounded Assault Rifles. Sharing similar characteristics with the AEK-971 and M416, the XM8-P may be one of the most well rounded choices. It trades off rate of fire for increased accuracy, allowing for longer range control and it even helps with pulling off single shots. Another thing worth noting is its relatively short reload time. [b]F2000 Assault Rifle[/b] The F2000, represents the rifle best suited for intense CQB; it has the highest rate of fire of them all, and it&#8217;s damage is only a hair away from the XM8&#8217;s base damage and is tied with the M16A2 and AEK-971. In buildings, down corridors, or in face to face situations, the F2000 is a good bet. What it makes up for in large volumes of firepower, it lacks in accuracy. It isn&#8217;t advisable to use in long range situations, although a good player can adapt to it, due to it&#8217;s inherit nature to spit out 2-4 rounds per trigger squeeze, and most of the time the rounds won&#8217;t hit reliably enough at long range. [b]STG .77 Assault Rifle[/b] The Steyr.77 AUG, represents the next bullpup in the segment. Trading off the F2000&#8217;s high rate of fire for a large damage increase and a slight accuracy increase, the Steyr.77 AUG is effective in CQB, but just not the same extreme as the F2000. In the AUG&#8217;s case, it still allows you to perform extremely well in buildings and urban areas, but will also provide the accuracy for shooting enemies at slightly longer ranges. Another area it shines in is bringing down targets in the open, such as running down roads or fields. [b]AN94 Abakan Assault Rifle[/b] The AN-94 is a unique rifle that is unlocked 5th of the group. In true authenticity, the AN-94 &#8220;Abakan&#8221; fires in 2-shot bursts in a very accurate manner. In comparison to the M416, the more accurate automatic rifle, well, the values are completely flipped. You&#8217;ll notice the AN-94 has the same accuracy, but the rate of fire and damage values are opposite one another. This makes for a longer suited rifle that conserves ammunition and puts an emphasis on more damage per bullet, but with less bullets. It is the closest thing a player can choose to a semi-automatic rifle with a 40mm attachment. [b]M416 Assault Rifle[/b] The M416, the 6th rifle earned, shares many characteristics with the XM8-P. In fact, the M416 is the closest rifle the player can choose that has almost equal values across the board. In comparison with the XM8-P, the M416 trades just the slightest rate of fire for just the slightest accuracy bonus. Although it may not be noticeable, the M416 is slightly geared for medium-longer ranges. In some cases, it may just come down to personal preference against the XM8-P. [b]M16A2 Assault Rifle[/b] The M16A2 is the last Assault rifle unlocked, and proves to be one of the sexiest looking rifles, as well. What stands the M16A2 apart is its iconic 3-shot burst function and its admirable accuracy. Although it says it has a high rate of fire, it is referring to the speed of the 3-round burst, which is remarkably fast. You still have to fire for each burst, and it isn&#8217;t recommended for hip-firing due to the crosshairs when hip-firing not representing the actual accuracy; this distorts the player&#8217;s ability to effectively hip-fire the accurate 3-shot bursts on target. Another trade off is the higher reload time&#8230; although it looks and sounds cool. High mobility and silence capabilities make it popular among the Russian Police. The rifle&#8217;s stealthy silencer and frame has made it the weapon of choice of the SOCOM Forces. [b]XM8 Compact Sub Machine Gun[/b] Adopted by the Red Army, this fully automatic carbine rifle was designed primarily for use with special forces such as the airborne infantry and rear-echelon support groups because of its considerable maneuverability. [b]UZI Sub Machine Gun[/b] This legendary Israeli submachine gun was designed for personal defense, proving to be very effective in securing confined areas. It&#8217;s a reliable choice among countless ground forces. [b]PP-2000 Sub Machine Gun[/b] This modern submachine gun has the unique ability to store a 40-round magazine at the rear, where it also functions as a stock. Designed for personal defense and close-quarter combat, it is often used by SWAT. [b]M60 Light Machine Gun[/b] Utilizing design elements from the WWII MG42, the M60 was introduced in 1957 and has been the workhorse of every branch of the US Military. Most players will find it much easier to engage targets from mid to long range with this scope. If your comfortable enough with the iron sights, you might want to skip this specialization for a ammo, or mobility upgrade. [b]4X Scope[/b] 4x the zoom, 4x the POWERRRRrr (also has a nice little triangle on it) [b]Marksman Assault Rifle Training [/b] This specialization improves the accuracy of your assault rifle. Marksman training only works when your aiming down the sights with a weapon. It does not offer any benefit to hip fire. It offers double the range than the standard issue 6x sniper scope. This scope is best utilized on huge maps such as Isla Inocentes, Africa Harbor, and Port Valdez, however, it can be effective in any of the maps. [b]Sniper Spotting Scope [/b] This Scope does not increase magnification at all. Instead it automatically spots targets that you have in your cross-airs. When it spots someone, their position is automatically relayed to your entire squad. When using this scope, try playing purely a support role, by finding a good elevated secluded position and spot enemies all match long. If you do not fire, then you may well live the entire round. The maps of BFBC2 are Panama Canal, Valparaíso, Isla Inocentes, Atacama Desert, Africa Harbor, White Pass, Laguna Presa, Port Valdez, Nelson Bay, and finally Laguna Alta. A total of ten maps. Now, im not going to go over everyone but just a quick rundown of the most played maps (In my opinion if you play rush alot.) [b]Valparaíso[/b] [img]http://pnmedia.gamespy.com/planetbattlefield.gamespy.com/images/bfbc2/maps/Valparaiso_sm.png[/img] The American capture of Valparaíso is the next phase in their strategic plan to repel Russian Forces from Chile. Any U.S. invasion will inevitably consist of a land assault through the outlying jungle areas and an amphibious landing of infantry and armored forces along the coast. The U.S objective is the Power Station on the outskirts of the city. If the installation can be captured and services cut off, the liberation of the city will inevitably follow suit. [b]Isla Inocentes[/b] [img]http://pnmedia.gamespy.com/planetbattlefield.gamespy.com/images/bfbc2/maps/Isla-Inocentes_sm.png[/img] U.S. Forces are desperate to open a supply route for an Armored Battle Group engaged in fighting further inland. A Russian Artillery base controls the area and counters any breakout actions launched. The base is well defended and has been successful in repelling previous attacks. Destruction of the base and control of the woodlands will allow U.S Amphibious Forces to land and open a second front, which is critical in their plan to liberate South America. [b]Arica Harbor[/b] [img]http://pnmedia.gamespy.com/planetbattlefield.gamespy.com/images/bfbc2/maps/Arica-Harbor_sm.png[/img] Following the results of the armor assault at Atacama, U.S Command insists on a similar action to capture the port of Arica. The assault group will launch a "break through" action directly at the Russian base. If the fight dictates, the Battle Group will cut directly through the town located on the axis of advance. Collateral damage is of no consequence. The Russian base must be destroyed in order to cross the desert and reach the port. Heavy casualties are expected on both sides. Without regard to arctic conditions, the area has been probed by Russian Pathfinders indicating an airborne assault is planned. U.S interrogation of captured Russian para's revealed that MBT's will be, or have been, airlifted into the area. All armor assets and attack helicopters are being diverted to the sector. No fallback exists for either side. This engagement will decide the outcome of the war. me and my bro go alpha bravo all over this game in hardcore. dual recons and we're like the sneakiest motherfuckers ever. sometimes i go assault to cover him depending on the map, but on large maps we assassinate everyone from behind their lines, usually i use pistols and knives while he sits back sniping safely, that way if i do something stupid and get myself killed i can spawn back on him
I love/hate Heavy Metal. I love sniping on it, I love being in a tank on it, and I love infantry combat on it too. I hate flying on it and I hate helicopters on that map.

So apparently you cannot fix the UAV Controls without Inverting the Helicopter Controls. Wonderful, so I have to choose between UAV or Helicopter now...
What do I set the helicopter controls to so they are flyable?
