SSX (Snowboard Supercross) was a snowboarding game made by EA Big. SSX currently has five titles, SSX(PS2), SSX Tricky(PS2, GameCube, GBA, Xbox), SSX 3(PS2, GameCube, GBA, Xbox), SSX On Tour(PS2, GameCube, PSP, Xbox), and SSX Blur(Wii). SSX Tricky was absolutely amazing! I'll never forget that game, it'll always have a place in my childhood memories.
Nostalgia overload. I remember getting really sick in 3rd grade and getting the game, it was too cool. I couldn't stop playing. I want to play it again :smith:
Oh my god i loved these games mostly SSX On tour i loved that game.
Tricky was the last I played and the best. I miss the FUCK out of that game.
Nostalgia on SSX Tricky :smithicide:
I used to love that Tricky song.
I used to love that Tricky song.
I always listened to the intro :v:
I didn't get to play Tricky so SSX3 defined the series for me. So many hours spent on that game. In fact, I have a save for it on my 360...I think I might get back into it.
SSX Tricky was the GREATEST GAME ALIVE. I didn't like SSX3. SSX On Tour was pretty cool, I mean.. playing as Mario and Luigi was awesome. :buddy:
My favorite thing to do on Tricky was to grind the rails upside-down on tokyo megaplex. hard as hell to do but was hilarious to watch
I was playing Tricky today. I was going to unlock the last track I hadn't got, Pipedream :3 Also, the grind mechanic in this game in this game is fucked. Upside down head grinds? Yeah, sure. Eddy is the best character, you can't deny it.
Eddy taught me how to do the worm
I loved Psymon's moves, spinning the board around his neck and cutting himself in half with the board. I'm gonna dig up the gamecube tomorrow and try to play again, I'm having too much nostalgia over this game.
I just spent half the day playing SSX 3. I already got Peak 3 unlocked, and over $200,000.
SSX 1 and SSX 3 where the only ones I played. Me and my sister used to play SSX 1 SO much. She was always Elisa, and I was always JP. She always did a shitload of tricks, and I always went for grinds and shortcuts. Did anyone else used to try and stay on the flat bit just before the finishing line doing little tricks on the trick mode?
I remember an ssx tricky map for Halo Custom Edition. Oh, MAN, that was the best thing ever. [editline]21st November 2010[/editline] Fuck. Nostalgia rush.
SSX Tricky, fuck yes
SSX Tricky, nostalgia attack!
The first two games were incredible. Shame EA killed it.
Still have SSX Tricky on my PS3 I however, didn't know how the fuck to play it back when I first got it
I had SSX 3, but I lost it. I searched it for months.
I still have SSX3, it's awesome, but I lost Tricky. :frown:
SSX On Tour on PSP was one of the best games.
I loved SSX on Tour.
Funny that a thread about this game just cropped up. I was on my bus to school the other day, and my friend has his laptop out with a PS2 emulator on. He was playing SSX3 and showing it to everyone. Everyone was making fun of him, and I didn't say anything. On the inside, I was having a nostalgia attack.
Eddie was the shit!
I always crashed as hard as possible just as I passed the finish line. ALWAYS. I loved these games, played all of them but mostly SSX 3 and On Tour. On Tour actually had a shitload of good music, that's actually where I got a lot of the music I listen to from. That's where I heard of Death From Above 1979, The Hives, The Faint, Avenged Sevenfold, We Are Scientists and more. Man, I miss my PS2. :smith:
Ssx tricky Jp was one of my Favorite characters even though I have no clue what the hell he says.
