KotOR 2 = Obsidian
LucasArts/Bioware still have the final say when it comes to their franchise.
Holy jesus that THQ pack is a fucking bargain. If I didn't already own 90% of those games I'd buy it for sure.
This would be really awesome EXCEPT Steam suddenly decided to stop accepting both my Visa AND my Paypal GG
Valve complete pack is going to go on sale I bet, since it's now listed as a new release even though it's been out. Same thing happened with the other 2 packs.
I think it's listed as a new release because they just added L4D2 to it.
they would discount DA:O the day before pay day... :bang:
Wait, what? It would be awesome if they stopped accepting your cards?
Yes that's obviously what I meant I'll spell it out for you in case you're actually dense and not just being a wise arse; This sale would be awesome But Steam stopped accepting any form of payment from me
Come on. You got it the other way around! Red fucks Steam!
This begs the question: which of my 16 new games do I play first?
EA is going to up the Price of Modern Warfare 2 to 70 bucks just for christmas
Awesome, now I'll buy it then! No but seriously they have nothing to lose if they put the price down even 10%, hell, it would bring them more money.
I sure hope MW2 is on sale tomorrow.
Steam will only accept credit cards for me now, won't accept paypal payments (unless they're credit) GAY. Gotta love not having a credit card because your bank is more tight-assed than the new guy in prison :/

I feel like gifting these deals to someone so I feel like I haven't missed.
I feel like gifting these deals to someone so I feel like I haven't missed.
Could I be that someone? I can't wait for the next few days to see what goes up.
Saw it earlier, don't see any good game, maybe Batman.
Batman is an AMAZING game.
I hope they lower the price on borderlands soon, i want to get 3 for me and a couple friends.
Since the start of October, I have spent $200 on Steam!
I'd buy Dragon age orgins but i have no money to buy it with until 27th nov or something, but then the price isn't low. :frown:
I hope they lower the price on borderlands soon, i want to get 3 for me and a couple friends.
Borderlands is a very bad game, I wouldn't get it. Graphics are terrible and theres no storyline at all, which is key to a quest like gameplay. The entire game feels pitched on its 'gun system' and there is really visual change between guns but a much bigger gameplay change. Vehicle controls are clunky and if you join a game full of higher levels you become the guy everybody has to save, and you do no damage to the enemy as you waste all your rounds into them, not even clipping their skin. There isn't much of a array of enemies to begin with, and as you fight and your choices do not effect the game at all. You either do the quest or just walk around the ugly enviorment. The textures aren't that great and I believe the cell shading ruins it because you cannot enable AA. If you play with lower level characters and your the high level guy, you end up stealing everybodies kills and they just quit the game. Playing with friends is no fun either because your levels begin to varray widely, and if you quit for a day and come back, your friend is way ahead making you the weak tag-along. Do not buy this game.
Above poster's opinion isn't correct.

Graphics are good and there's storyline. You don't join a game full of higher levels unless you want to afk/do-nothing level. Textures are great and the Cel Shading makes it better. You don't play with lower levels. If your friends, or you, play like that then you are idiots. You either play with friends around the same level (+/-2 max), play with friends with lvl 50 chars (you of course having one yourself) or you play with chars made exactly for the co-op.
Damn, I was about to buy Arkham Asylum and GRID, now it won't accept my card. I hope I can it working in the next thirty hours.
This is fucking amazing. I love Steam. Too bad the faggots who pay my EMA only gave me half this week because of the halloween holidays, less money for me :saddowns: [editline]07:35AM[/editline]
Damn, I was about to buy Arkham Asylum and GRID, now it won't accept my card. [editline]07:36AM[/editline]
Since the start of October, I have spent $200 on Steam!
I've spent round the same, all these deals are just swiping the money out of my pocket.
Jesus Christ I hate Steam sales. Only because I have zero money always, no means to buy shit online, AND AMAZING DEALS I CAN NEVER GET ;__; [editline]09:39AM[/editline] Osmos 2€ that's a pretty good deal. Anyone got an extra 2€ on their prepaid card?
Damn, I was about to buy Arkham Asylum and GRID, now it won't accept my card. I hope I can it working in the next thirty hours.
I had the same problem. Was freaking out, but I managed to resolve it. Try opening the Steam store in your regular browser. Once I opened it in Opera the problems went away. It was much faster too.
