It's funny how they say their new ip is going to be prospero rather than S.O.B, which is surely eventually going to be a thing(?).
It's funny how they say their new ip is going to be prospero rather than S.O.B, which is surely eventually going to be a thing(?).
Who said that? Besides, we almost know nothing about both Prospero and S.O.B. For all we know SOB IS Prospero.

This thread's almost hit 100 pages. Prepare yourselves gentlemen, we are about to hit bullshit meters beyond all comprehension.
One-hundred pages of pure speculation.
One-hundred pages of pure speculation.
Does that mean an ARG is in order?
One-hundred pages of pure speculation.
That's almost worse then the Mass Effect thread.
I want Prospero... c:
Hey did anyone realize the fisherman in lost coast is Bill in disguise :v:
Once we reach page 100, we will get Half life 3 released.
Once we reach page 100, we will get Half life 3 released.
Old story bro.
Old story bro.
Oh ho ho! Aren't you quite a witty one? I bet you took quite some time to think that one up, eh? Such a clever lad you are.
Also guys, have you ever heard of GooseGoose? He's some LP'er who fell off the face of the Earth, but apparently made a great Half-Life 2 discussion video, where he plays through the game and talks about key points that he finds interesting. It's a great LP, and after he left he deleted his YouTube account, only leaving a 240p upload of his playthroughs. Someone else decided to re-record everything he did in 1080p glory and uploaded it recently. It's definitively a good listen, guys, and alot of other people agree too. I mean, you don't have that much dedication unless you did something right, to the point where people would recreate everything you did step by step. I have a theory as to why the train at the beginning of episode 2 was at a different angle then at the end of episode 1. I suspect that gordon was knocked out by the blast, but the train remained intact. As the train continued to move, it came upon the bridge that was damaged by the initial blast. The train fell through it. Gordon woke up some time after.
Something tells me they weren't too concerned with that part, they just wanted a good place for you to start. If you even looked at the train in EP1 and the train in EP2, you'd notice that they're actually completely different trains. The EP1 train was short and mostly boxcars with one passenger car, EP2's train has 3-4 passenger cars, with around half a dozen boxcars scattered around on the bridge and in the valley below.

I would get it just for the gravity gun. But no moneys.
Much better than the old one i've seen.
Who else would actually prefer if the textures of the next Half-Life look pretty similar to the previous ones? A drastic graphics update would be kind of jarring in my opinion.

I dunno, I would have to see it for myself in movement.
