To kill the Rachni Queen or not. You decide, FP.
The Jellyfish should join your team as a member. That would be... Fun for the first 5 minutes watching them die. [editline]07:49PM[/editline]
To kill the Rachni Queen or not. You decide, FP.
Don't kill her. IMO.
I need to get some money and preorder this. Sucks that I only have Mass Effect on 360, I can't use my saves on PC. :frown:
So wait which armor is that? is that one that comes with the Collectors' Edition?
Yes, that's the Collectors Armor.
To kill the Rachni Queen or not. You decide, FP.
Live.
I need to get some money and preorder this. Sucks that I only have Mass Effect on 360, I can't use my saves on PC. :frown:
I'm getting it on 360. Due to the lack of modability, and the overall preference of gamepads to M+K for TPS and the fact I have 4 level 60 saves ready to go.
-snip- Hate the last post of the page.
Yes, that's the Collectors Armor.
Holy shit. Bioware knows how to make some awesome armor. Mother fucking page 2.
Live.
Wrex says otherwise. I'm still unsure, but I did say FP would decide. She lives! :toot:

Except for Conrad Verner, keep him happy.

Now that I think about it, my character wouldn't kill her. And I feel better about that decision. [editline]10:01PM[/editline] In other news, that new gun for Gamestop preorders looks cool.
However, when it comes to it, let those Council fuckers burn and install a New Human Empire with Udina as the chairman.
Ew. Not Udina, Anderson for sure. Udina reminds me of a worm.
Ew. Not Udina, Anderson for sure. Udina reminds me of a worm.
When you need someone that knows how to eat dirt, do you ask the worm or the dog?
When you need someone that knows how to eat dirt, do you ask the worm or the dog?
Galatic Politics don't rely on eating dirt though, more like shit, and dogs are good at that. Genetically so.
Galatic Politics don't rely on eating dirt though, more like shit, and dogs are good at that. [editline]11:13PM[/editline] I wouldn't imagine anyone better for the position of Chairman of the Human Empire then Udina. [editline]11:18PM[/editline] I mean, God Damn, read this spineless thing about The Council:
After their top Spectre agent, Saren Arterius, reported the Alliance's illegal AI research on Sidon, the Council holographically confronted the first human ambassador, Anita Goyle and announced they would impose heavy sanctions on the Alliance with regular reports from personal overseers. Goyle predicted their ulterior motives - intending to curb humanity's rapid growth and expansion - managed to negotiate a better deal with a passionate speech about humanity's growth as a species.
Fuck them to hell, I CHEERED when the Destiny Ascension was destroyed, I praised every Geth missile that struck its hull.
I love Udina's stick up the ass attitude.
Someone has to have the stick up their ass, otherwise your opponents are just going to beat you with it. [editline]11:21PM[/editline]
but anderson has the spine to punch udina in the face
EVERYONE wants to punch Udina in the face, that's like saying you are surprised someone wanted to fuck the hot blonde at that Frat party.
Well, I just know when I load up Mass Effect 2, I'm gonna be seeing Anderson in the council. Why? because Keith David is his goddamn voice actor. I haven't heard enough of him in Modern Warfare 2.

I saved the council because letting them die and reinstalling a Human Empire would have all the other races hate the Humans because you would be hording all the power and eventually being an oppressor, Star Wars style. However, saving the council and having Anderson as the council member would give the council a positive look on Humanity for saving them and having Anderson be a strong leader so that Humanity would be a healthy part of of the galaxy. Udina would be a tyrant for his own gain, he doesn't care about Humanity, he cares only for himself. He uses the scapegoat of working for humanity but he really just wants power for himself.
Where is the list of Voice Actors in Mass Effect 2? I want to see if Udina is on it.
There was a video showcasing the 'celebrity" talent it was going to have, no list though.

Furthermore, the other races won't really see you as evil, since, as Udina and Anderson explained if you chose the Renegade Non-Council route, "The other races have never faced something like this before, they don't know what to do, we won't need to bring them in line through force because they'll look up to Humanity, since we are the only ones who have shown they have the ability to face this threat." Also, why should Humanity become yet another portrait on the face of the Galaxy, why don't you want Humanity to be the centerpiece? Anderson and saving the Council makes Humanity devolve into yet another one of the endless tides of races, indistinguishable besides some ancestral traditions (since the Asari culture, like with every other race in the Council, will take over ours) and holdovers from when we used to be independent, a multi-race council is stagnation, and an injection of 100% Humanity is the cure. I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to make Humanity the dominant force in the galaxy, if that means I have to glass the Turian Homeworld, I'll only ask where are it's coordinates. That is why I want to work with Cerberus so bad, I won't see it as blackmail, I'll see it as an opportunity to do what I couldn't do as a Spectre; highly illegal activities to aid in helping Humanity. After all, when have the Council Races ever helped us? Every time we asked for aid they turned us down, our only REAL dealings with them is when they are dragging their feet to give us scraps. Hell, the only reason they give Humanity a Council seat in the paragon ending is, I don't know, Humanity having a massive fleet over their heads?

I killed the council too, but the humans should work with everyone else. We haven't faced anything like this either.

Wrex should've bee in the council... if he were alive still :(
